Boegers do Yosemite and are hooked!

After 10 years in California, we finally made it to Yosemite Valley and stayed in a tent cabin at Curry Village. I think we finally figured out that you either have to luxury camp or backpack in California because typical car-camping simply sucks. I can get along w/ this luxury camping... we are already booked for a heated cabin this coming winter at the same place.

The waterfalls were done running for the summer but it hardly mattered to us. We just kept biking around the park and occasionally taking a dip in the Yosemite Lodge pool, which joins our Swimming Pools w/ A View Hall of Fame.

The kids really liked the ranger programs and learning about the bears and other wildlife. My favorite part was going out to the parking lot in the morning and spotting the cars that have been ravaged by bears because incredibly stupid people left food in their cars. Folks, there are signs everywhere!
