Buena Vista Partners, L.P. is a real estate development group that specializes in luxury single-family home construction in San Francisco. Our business focuses primarily on properties located north of California Street in San Francisco, in such neighborhoods as Pacific Heights, Presidio Heights, Cow Hollow, the Marina District, Lake Street District, Russian Hill, North Beach, and Nob Hill.

We find distressed properties and do ground-up construction, additions and remodeling. Our projects center around single-family homes or two-unit buildings and we typically do not construct multi-unit dwellings. Our homes are all newly constructed with typical build times ranging from 6 to 12 months. These types of properties allow us, as investors, to minimize risk and maximize profit.

With over 15 years in the home construction business, we build our high-end homes with the utmost attention to quality and detail. Buena Vista Partners, L.P. is comprised of a team of private investors with similar financial goals that includes the contractor and project manager who build and manage the construction process. With in-house architectural, engineering, project management, design, and construction services as part of our team, our homes are efficiently and professionally built.
